sweet Buttery vanilla quick bread

Browned Butter Quick Bread

Ingredients
- 2.5 c flour (395 g)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar (225g)
- 1/2 c milk (122g)
- 1/2 c yogurt (122g)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While the oven is preheating, combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- On medium heat, heat the butter in a frying pan until the butter begins to brown (about 5 -7 minutes)
- In a separate bowl, combine the butter and combine with the wet ingredients.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until just combined.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 55 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple minutes before removing from the pan and allowing to fully cool on a cooling rack.
- Slice and serve or wrap and freeze for later.
